Westchester volunteer Kristin A. Crage said the four-day event from July 30 to Aug. 2 was a success and would be repeated at a future date.
"The clinic turned out to be as successful as we hoped," Crage said. "We would like to get the Southampton Foundation to come back and help more people and their pets at a low cost."
Dr. Robert Foglia traveled from Colorado to volunteer his services, spaying, neutering and vaccinating 170 dogs and cats. The staff included Pam Pierce of the National Spay Alliance Foundation, Organizer Leanne Baker Corbin, Assistant Becca Mangan of the Southampton Animal Shelter, Assistant Kodi Sadler of the Southampton Animal Shelter.
