Yonkers Riverfest, in its 22nd year, helped the city bid farewell to summer. The event featured music, children's activities, environmental exhibits, international cuisine, an outdoor artist gallery, carnival games and BMX stunt shows.
More than 25 artists were scheduled to perform everything from country and soul, to hip-hop, rock and classics.
Westchester native Felix Cavaliere's Rascals and Yonkers native Styles P were scheduled to headline the show. Grammy Award-winning children's musician Dane Zanes and KISS Alive were also performing.
