YONKERS, N.Y. -- John Spencer, former Yonkers mayor and current chairman of Central Committee of Veterans Organizations, will speak about veterans affairs at the next Chamber of Commerce networking breakfast on Nov. 19.

Coffee begins at at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast at 7:45 a.m.
Cost for the breakfast is $15 for members, $20 for guests of members and $25 for non-members.
