Children's Cross-Country Race Set For Oct. 19

YONKERS, N.Y. -- There will be a cross-country race starting at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Tibbetts Brook Park on 355 Midland Avenue.

There will be a cross-country race for children ages 5-14 Oct. 19.

The free event will include separate races for boys and girls ages 5-14. The event is co-sponsored by the Yonkers Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation and local community organizations.
