The 278 Tuckahoe Road supermarket recently requested that the Planning Board approve a new 24-hour permit, citing that the store has operated as such without incident since 2011, reported lohud.com.
The board is expected to review ShopRite's application at the upcoming meeting on Wednesday, said lohud.com.
