White Plains Weather: Snowstorm Fizzling Out

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. — A storm passing to the south will bring some wind but leave very little snow behind in Westchester County.

Forecasts even Monday morning had promised at least an inch from the storm. But by Monday afternoon, the National Weather Service was expecting "little or no accumulation."

Wind gusts could top 30 mph along the coast, but the weather service has canceled all flood warnings for the area.
