A crash involving a car hitting a deer that initially blocked two lanes on a stretch of the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway on Wednesday morning is causing residual delays following the reopening of the lanes.
The incident, reported at 8:45 a.m., occurred at Route 100B in Hartsdale with traffic backed up for several miles to Tuckahoe Road.
