Hutchinson River Parkway Lane Closures Scheduled Motorists planning on traveling on the Hutchinson River Parkway in southern Westchester County this week may experience delays as lane closures are scheduled to allow contracting crews to complete construction activities in Pelham and Mount Vernon.
