Bull Who Wandered Onto NJ Train Tracks Safe At New Home Ricardo, the bull who could literally stop train service, is enjoying his new digs.  Trains were delayed for up to 45 minutes after he appeared on the train tracks near Newark Penn Station.  He was rescued by Skylands Animal Sanctuary and Rescue in Wantage where he is resting comfortably, the group said on Facebook.
