House Fire Breaks Out In North White Plains Fireplace A fire broke out in a Westchester home on Sunday night, prompting a heavy response from area fire departments, who quickly knocked down the flames. The North Castle Fire Department received a call of an active structure fire on General Heath Avenue in North White Plains at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9.
