Man Sentenced For Raping Young Teen Girl In Westchester A 28-year-old man is heading to prison and will have to register as a sex offender for raping a young teenager in Westchester. Bronx resident Jorge Moran-Gaspar has been sentenced to four years in prison followed by 10 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to third-degree rape in a case involving a young girl. Upon the completion of his sentence, Moran-Gaspar will also be required to register as a sex offender.
