Seen Him? 17-Year-Old Goes Missing In Westchester Have you seen him? A teenager has gone missing in the region and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him. The New York State Police in Northern Westchester County are searching for Andy Salazar, age 17, from Four Winds Hospital in the Lewisboro hamlet of Cross River.   He was last seen on Friday, Sept. 27 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Route 35 by Four Winds staff.
