Closures Scheduled For Stretch Of Saw Mill River Parkway In Westchester State officials are advising motorists to expect delays as a stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway is set to close to facilitate drainage work.  The New York State Department of Transportation said the parkway will be closed in both directions between Exit 12 (Farragut Parkway) in Hastings-on-Hudson and Exit 17 (Ashford Avenue) in Dobbs Ferry in Westchester County. Roadwork Will Cause Daytime Lane Closures On Saw Mill Parkway Motorists are being advised that there will be weekday single- and double-lane closures on the Saw Mill River Parkway for more than a week due to construction. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 16 and continue until Tuesday, July 24 on the parkway between the New York City Line and Exit 17 (Ashford Avenue), weather permitting.
