Police: White Plains Man Charged With DWI Stop Had BAC Twice Legal Limit A 31-year-old man has been charged with DWI after police say he was stopped on I-287 with a BAC of twice the legal limit. New York State Police say they stopped a vehicle for a violation on I-287 on Saturday, June 29 around 2:30 a.m. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Errol Hibbert II, of White Plains, was found to be intoxicated, police say. Hibbert was taken into custody, transported and processed at State Police barracks in New Rochelle, where his BAC was tested at .22, according to police.
