Suspect Already In Jail Charged In Connection To Third Westchester Burglary A suspect already sent to the Westchester County Jail has now been charged in connection to a third Scarsdale burglary. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department arrested Overlook Terrace resident Orgen Hoxha, 22, on Wednesday, charging him with two counts of second-degree burglary, both felonies, for his role in burglaries in the village on Nov. 30, 2016 on Walworth Avenue and Oct. 26, 2016 on Wildwood Road.
