White Plains Driver Among Those Charged With DWI During Weekend Stops More than a dozen Hudson Valley motorists were among those busted by New York State Police troopers over the weekend for driving while impaired on local roadways. Since the holiday season, New York State Police and local law enforcement agencies were “out in full force” to curtail impaired drivers in the region.
