Hundreds Turn Out To Honor Westchester’s Business Leaders The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) celebrated visionary leadership at the 17th annual Business Hall of Fame Awards, which had more than 600 attendees. The program was held Tuesday, April 30 at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.
