'Sexually Violent' Offender Makes Move In White Plains
A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of raping a woman has reported an address change in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 63-year-old Charles Harrison, who has moved to an address on East Post Road to Fisher Avenue in White Plains. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Harrison as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
