WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains High School's literary magazine Roar won a gold medal certificate from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association at the 2011 annual critique this fall.
Last year, Roar's editor-in-chief was Nate Lenman, the journal's art editor was Hannah Fine and the literary editor was Eero Talo.
Brendan Donegan is the staff supervisor behind Roar.
