Lt. Gov. Hochul Touts Advances In Ethics Reform

Despite continuing scandals, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul says that Gov. Andrew Cuomo has made progress in government ethics reforms, according to a report in nystateofpolitics.com.

Among the advances Hochul cited were new rules requiring greater disclosure of outside legal clients and sources of income, nystateofpolitics reported.

Hochul noted that many of the reforms were implemented despite resistance from state lawmakers, according to nystateofpolitics.com.
