A question on the Nov. 3 ballot will ask voters whether to require a county budget release of Nov. 10 rather than the current deadline of Nov. 15, LoHud reported.

County Board of Legislators Chairman Michael Kaplowitz, a Democrat, said the change would allow legislators more time to consider the regular county budget and the capital budget, according to LoHud.com.
