James Pennucci, 29, allegedly blocked patrons from getting in or out of the rear entrance to Black Bear after he was refused entry just before 2 a.m. Feb. 23. Police gave him several orders to leave, but he refused, according to the police report. He allegedly refused to put his hands behind his back, police said, and when officers tried to apply handcuffs he pulled his arms away and pushed the officer’s hands away.
