Robert C. Hanson, 80, Of White Plains; U.S. Army Veteran

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Robert C. Hanson, 80, of White Plains, died Thursday, Jan. 8.

Born Dec. 15, 1934, he was the son of the late Cedric Hanson and Josephine Stewart.

Hanson served two years in the U.S. Army, and retired from employment at IBM.

Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline Asselin Hanson; three sons, Robert Jr., John, and Eric Hanson; one stepson, Robert Fleurent; one sister, Ellen Anderson; and two grandchildren.

Burial will be at the White Plains Rural Cemetery at a later date.
