Patrick H. Oliva, 90, Longtime White Plains Resident, Retired Postal Worker

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Patrick H. Oliva, longtime resident of White Plains, died July 20. He was 90.

Oliva was born Feb. 19, 1923, in Montescharcio, Benevento, Italy, to Armando and Carmela (Carbonaro) Oliva. He was a retired postal service worker

Oliva is survived by his wife, Pauline; children, Patricia Lynn, Edmond Charles (Margit), Armand Thomas Oliva; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild. He was predeceased by brother, Ben Oliva; and sisters, Florence Bianca, Ann Beta, Beatrice Oliva, Jay Volpe, Edith Oliva, Gilda Oliva, Gilda Amelio, and Evelyn Roberts. Calling hours are Monday, July 22 from  4 to 9 p.m. at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home Inc., 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 23 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 92 South Lexington Ave., White Plains. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, 575 Hillside Ave., White Plains.
