WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Carolyn Phelan of White Plains, formerly of Yonkers, died Oct 5. She was 76.
Phelan was born March 6, 1937, in Queens, to Francis and Lucille (Alvino) Coppinger.
Phelan is survived by her husband, Jack Phelan; children, Kathleen Phelan of Mahopac, John (Christine) Phelan of Medfield Mass., Jim (Vivienne) Phelan of Huntington and Jeffrey (Nicole) Phelan of Smithtown; and 15 grandchildren.
Calling hours are Monday, Oct. 7 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home Inc., 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 920 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 W. Stevens Ave., Hawthorne.
