WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Calcedonio Drago, of White Plains, died Tuesday, April 7. He was 84.
Drago was born in Capaci, Sicily, on July 24, 1930, to Francesca and Salvatore Drago. He married Paolina Bologna on Dec. 6, 1953, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains.
He was predeceased by his parents, daughter Franca Giambona, one sister and four brothers. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Lisa Drago and Maria Iorio and her husband, Frank; two grandchildren, Gina Rogowsky and her husband, Jack, and Frank Giambona; three great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Amanda and Jarod; and four sisters.
As per Drago's request, there will be no visiting hours.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains on Monday, April 13 at 10 a.m.
