NORTH WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Achilles (Mike) Lanni of North White Plains died Nov.7. He was 92.
Lanni was born Jan. 6, 1921, to Nicholas and Fannie Lanni in N.J. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Lanni is survived by his brother, Ralph Lanni of West Harrison; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Antionette (Ann) Lanni; brothers, Angelo, James and Alexander; and sisters, Marion, Theresa and Ann.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Hawthorne Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla. Interment at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh.
