According to NOAA, the Far West, the northern contiguous U.S., the Northeast and southward to the Mid-Atlantic regions have enhanced probabilities of higher than normal temperatures.
The outlook for precipitation also features higher probabilities of above average precipitation levels for the Central and Southern California, the Southwest, parts of the Central and Southern Plains, the lower Mississippi Valley and the Southeast northward to the Mid-Atlantic regions.
