White Plains St. Patrick's Day Parade Draws Thousands

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Several thousand people turned out in downtown White Plains on Saturday to watch the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.

The festive parade featured bands and organizations from throughout White Plains and Westchester County.

This year's parade was dedicated to the late White Plains Fire Department Deputy Chief William Delanoy, who died earlier this year after suffering a heart attack.
