White Plains Performing Arts Center Celebrates 10 Years

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The White Plains Performing Arts Center will hold a gala to celebrate its 10th anniversary at the downtown White Plains theatre on Saturday, Nov. 2.

The event will honor Peter Gisondi Sr. and Tony and Anthony Goncalves for their support of the theatre and its mission.

The program will also include a music celebrating the best of the theatre’s past ten years with a sampling from the upcoming season.

“We are delighted to relive the moments that have made White Plains Performing Arts Center stand out in the landscape of professional regional theaters and also give a sneak peek at what's to come. This evening will be a spectacular, not-to-be-missed event," said Jeremy Quinn, Producing Artistic Director in a statement.

Academy Award Winner F. Murray Abraham and Actors' Equity Association President, Nick Wyman will be at the gala to give a unique behind-the-scenes look into the entertainment industry.

The theatre is located on the third level of City Center at the corner of Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue in downtown White Plains.
