WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Santa Claus is coming to White Plains mailboxes this holiday season.
Children who drop a note in Santa's mailbox on the steps of city hall will receive a personalized response letter in their home mailbox.
Santa will respond to all letters received through Dec. 19.
