WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Yellow police tape blocked the sidewalk directly in front of an apartment building on 41 Barker Ave. in White Plains Sunday night as police investigated the death of a city resident, police said.
Details were scarce Sunday night, as residents of the building and passers-by looked on from outside the tape, which police removed around 9:30 p.m.
Police said the matter is under investigation.
