All state, federal and local government offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

What's closed:

  • White Plains Public Schools and all school offices will be closed.
  • White Plains City Hall and all city offices will be closed.
  • All Post Offices will be closed.
  • The White Plains Public Library will be closed.
  • Most banks will be closed.
  • All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.

What's open:

  • Check with individual restaurants and retail outlets for any special holiday hours on Thursday.
