Westchester Votes On Rent Guidelines

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – The Apartment Owners Advisory Council (AOAC) is holding the final voting session of the Westchester County Rent Guidelines Monday, June 22 at 6:30 p.m. at White Plains City Hall.

The Apartment Owners Advisory Council (AOAC) is strongly urging apartment building owners to join together in a show of support for the final deliberation session of the Westchester County Guidelines Board.

All are urged to arrive at the deliberation session no later than 6:30 p.m. due to limited seating. Please confirm attendance by calling the AOAC/BRI offices at (914) 273-0730.

The AOAC is composed of apartment building owners, managers and allied businesses. The groups join together to protect their property rights and their significant investment in the community. The association monitors realty issues on a local, state and national level. The AOAC is a component of the Building and Realty Institute of Westchester and the Mid-Hudson Region.

White Plains City Hall is located at 255 Main Street.
