The Diaper Bank, which launched in November 2014, is a partnership between the Junior League of Central Westchester, County Executive Robert Astorino and the Department of Social Services.

The Food Bank for Westchester has agreed to store the diapers, given the large size of the donation.

The Westchester County Diaper Bank will provide diapers at no cost as temporary assistance to families in need in the county. The Junior League of Central Westchester supports the bank by organizing drives and managing inventory while the Westchester County Department of Social Services helps distribute diapers.

The Diaper Bank relies on donations, community drives and corporate sponsorships. The Junior League encourages and is seeking individuals, community organizations or corporate sponsors to support the Diaper Bank and, ultimately, families in the community.
