White Plains Could See Heat Wave Starting Saturday

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Westchester will likely see a heat wave – three straight days of 90-degree temperatures or higher – come into the area starting Saturday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

Westchester will see hot temps through the weekend and the beginning of next week.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 89. There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m.

Saturday night will see a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. Low around 67.

Sunday will be sunny with a high near 88, low around 69.

Monday will be sunny and hot, with a high near 91 and a low around 70.

Hot temps will continue Tuesday with sunny skies and a high near 90.
