There is a chance of rain, snow and freezing rain starting in the predawn hours Sunday and lasting until around 9 a.m. Sunday in Central and Southern Westchester. Little or no accumulation of either ice or snow is expected.
In Northern Westchester, the precipitation chance is for snow and freezing rain before 9 a.m. A mix of rain and snow is likely between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., followed by rain after 10 a.m
A changeover to all rain is then expected to occur, with Sunday's high temperature between 42 and 44 degrees.
A wintry mix could return after midnight, with rain likely, possibly mixing with snow after 2 a.m., before gradually ending.
The outlook for Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, is partly sunny with a high between 36 and 38 degrees.
