WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- After complaints on social media, The Westchester has replaced their original space-age Santa holiday display with a more traditional theme, according to westchester.news12.com.

According to Westchester News 12, the mall's display now features a "Nutcracker" theme with traditional Christmas decorations such as reindeer and elves.

The change came after angry customers took to social media to express outrage and vows to shop elsewhere for the season, westchester.news12.com said.
