The National Weather Service is predicting rain, locally heavy at times, with as much as a half-inch to a three-quarters of an inch likely throughout the day.
Wednesday's high temperature is expected to be near 53 degrees, but areas of fog accompanies the mild air.
Rain and fog will continue into the evening. An 80 percent chance of rain is predicted for Wednesday night, which could bring in another quarter- to half-inch of rain.
A cold front moving in is expected to bring cooler temperatures for Thursday, along with windy conditions and partly sunny skies.
Possible rain in the morning eventually turns into partly sunny skies. Thursday's high temperature should be in the high 40s, with winds of 11 to 20 mph.
