Power Outage Results In Delays Of Up To Three Hours At LaGuardia Airport

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Some flights at LaGuardia Airport are being delayed up to three hours Friday as a result of a power problem.

There was an apparent power outage early in the morning in an area where contractors were working, according to WABC 7. Some parts of the airport appear to be unaffected by the outage, the report said.

The Port Authority is recommending passengers check with their airline to determine if their flight is affected.
