WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. — The 13th annual Operation Prom dress giveaway was launched at the Westchester County Center on Friday with the help of Deputy County Executive Kevin Plunkett.

Locally, the county Department of Social Services, the county Youth Bureau and Macy's are aiding in the giveaway, where around 5,500 dresses will be donated.
