As of 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 102 outages were reported by Con Edison customers, including 88 customers who were impacted in Westchester as the region began recovery efforts from the two Nor’easters that left trees and utility poles down throughout the Hudson Valley.
Additionally, three of NYSEG’s 32,806 Westchester customers were without power. The third round of outages come after the utility companies came under fire for their response, which left thousands in the dark for more than a week.
