WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A woman notified police Wednesday morning after she said a man exposed himself to her near a Westchester mall entrance.
After exposing himself, the man then propositioned the woman, according to police reports.
The woman walked inside of Nordstrom where she notified police around 10:15 a.m.
Two officers canvassed the mall for the man, but never found him.
Police said the suspect was described as a thin, five-foot-eight-inch or five-foot-nine-inch male in his early 20s. He was wearing a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and loose-fitting black baseball cap on Wednesday.

- An employee at the Westchester Mall Stride Rite was arrested Wednesday evening after a loss prevention employee reported Vanessa Cameron, 24, had been stealing from the shoe store for months.
Stride Rite began investigating Cameron in early June and told police they discovered that she canceled 13 transactions and pocketed the $736.53 the shop would've received.
When confronted by Stride Rite, Cameron, a Bronx resident, admitted to fraudulently validating cash refunds on sales recites. Store employees said she has taken $1996.89 from Stride Rite between June 6 and Aug. 7, according to police reports.
Cameron was arrested and charged with one count of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.
- Winsome McKenzie, 54, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after Wal-Mart told police she didn't pay for $75.97 worth of merchandise stuffed into her two purses.
According to police reports, McKenzie, a White Plains resident, hid two pairs of stockings and two tank tops in one handbag. She then allegedly concealed a brown jacked in her other handbag and walked past cashiers.
McKenzie was charged with one count of petite larceny and released on a $500 bail.
