I-95 Accident Causes Stop-And-Go Delays Near I-287

An accident that initially blocked the right lane on a stretch of northbound I-95 caused stop-and-go delays Sunday afternoon.

The accident, reported around 3 p.m., was between I-287 (Exit 21) and the Connecticut border, with backups to Exit 19 (Playland Parkway).
