A multi-vehicle accident on a stretch of southbound I-95 that initially blocked the right lane caused stop-and-go delays early Tuesday afternoon.

The 12:50 p.m. accident, at Chatsworth Avenue (Exit 17) in Larchmont, resulted in backups to Fenimore Road (Exit 18A).
