A stretch of the Hutchinson River Parkway has reopened on Thursday morning after an accident involving an overturned vehicle which resulted in its closure.
The closure was on the northbound side at Exit 23 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale.
Delays stretched back to Exit 19 (Wilmot Road).
