An early Thursday morning accident in which a tractor-trailer hit a guardrail, leading to a fuel spill, caused delays on I-287 in Westchester.
The center and right lanes had initially been closed on the eastbound side near Route 22 (Exit 6) in White Plains with stop-and-go delays to Knollwood Road (Exit 4). Both lanes have reopened.
An accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway at Mamaroneck Avenue (23), blocked the shoulder and causing delays to Mamaroneck Road (Exit 22).
Farther south, there are ramp restrictions on the northbound Hutch at the Cross County Parkway (Exit 13).
