Former White Plains Mayor Case Moved to March

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Acting state Supreme Court Justice Susan Capeci adjourned former Mayor Adam Bradley's case Tuesday until March 5 at the request of his attorney.

Bradley was scheduled to face a misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt charge accusing him of violating a court agreement banning him from contacting his wife.

Randall Cutler, the former Democratic assembly member's attorney, has described three phone calls from his client's Blackberry to his estranged wife's phone as accidental "pocket dials." 

Fumiko Bradley's number was in Bradley's phone history because their children use the number to contact their father, according to Cutler.

Bradley will appear in court next on March 5.
