Dry Weather Leading To Early Fall Color In White Plains
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Due to a summer of drought followed by torrential rain, the colors of the fall are coming to the foliage of Hudson Valley early this year, according to the first 2015 Fall Color Report for New York State.
The colors of fall are coming to area foliage early this year thanks to the dry weather.
