Accidents Slow Wednesday Morning Commute In Westchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An overturned vehicle on Route 9A South between Croton Point Avenue and Cedar Lane slowed the Wednesday morning commute.

The accident slowed traffic near Brooke Club Drive in Ossining. The accident occurred around 7:15 a.m.

Another accident blocked the right lane of the Bronx River Parkway between Claremont Road in Scarsdale and Walworth Crossing in White Plains. That accident occurred around 7:15 a.m.

Commuters also coped with a disruption of service on Metro-North due to Tuesday's accident in Valhalla. Service is suspended between Pleasantville and North White Plains until further notice.
